癒しを得るためには、香り、感触、味覚など、いろいろな手段がありますが、僕の場合は「音楽」が最もピンと来るようです。
コンサートへ行くのもよいですが、自宅で音楽関連のDVDを見るのが一番好きです。誰にも邪魔されず（ネコを除く）、好きな音楽に身を任せると、自然と心がリラックスするようです。

Between me and my husband we've owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I've settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
