2008年06月27日 - 「流す」こと
昨日、友人で一級建築士のkikuりんと会いました。kikuりんは建築のお仕事はもちろんとして、建築医学の分野にも知識があり、個人的に「住環境コンサルタント」なんてこともしています。非常に簡単に言うと、家の中を整理することにより、そこに住んでいる方の心をも整理する、というようなことです（詳しくはkikuりんに聞くように）。心の病になりやすい方やご家族に心の病を抱えている方がいらっしゃる際には、kikuりんの指導を元に、家の中を整理するといいのかもしれません。
で、そのkikuりんとの会話の中に「お金は「通貨」と言うように、流通させてこそのもの」というものが出てきました。「貯め込む」ものでは無いんですね。そこで思ったのは、お金だけでなく、世の中の大半のものもそう言えるのではないかと思ったのです。
たとえば水は流れているからこそ綺麗さを保てるもので、溜まっていてはよどんで腐ってしまいますよね。それと同じように、僕らの身体の中を流れている血やエネルギーなども、淀んでしまってはダメなのです。常に流れるように保っておくことにより、健康もまた保たれるのだと思うのです。ひとりで家の中に閉じこもるのではなく、外に出てみることも大切ですね。この場合には、自分の身体を歩かせることによって「流す」ということになります。知識も溜め込んでいるだけでなく、他の人に与えてあげる。これもまた知識を「流す」ことになります。
というように、人間は止まっていてはダメなのだと思います。毎日、1ミリでもいいので、前進することが大切なのだと思います。誰かと会話をすることでもいいでしょう。散歩をすることでもいいでしょう。とにかく、止まっていないことが大切なのだと思います。
ということで、安西ヒーリングが主催となって「お話し会」なんてものを開催するのもいいかなぁ、と思いました。お話をすることにより知識を流して、知識を得ることにより脳内を活性化させてエネルギーを流すのです。どこで何を話すのかは全く分かりません。おそらく何人か集まれば、インスピレーションで話す内容は頭に浮かぶでしょうし、誰かが話しを始めるでしょう。
全く何も決まっていませんが、参加を希望される方はいらっしゃるでしょうか？もしかすると1,000円くらいの参加費が必要となるかもしれませんが…。
