2009年09月22日 - 整理→誓い
家の中の不用品の整理をしています。今の家は事務所をかねているので、約7～8年ほどの間に溜まってしまったパソコン関連の不用品の整理が大変です。フロッピー、延長コード、わけの分からない書類など、燃えるゴミなのか何なのか、分別するだけでも大変です。
そんな中、かつて自分がWeb関連のデザイナーとして一番頑張っていた時期に掲載された雑誌やら書籍やらがたくさん出てきました。パラパラとめくってみるとなんだか凄いことが書かれていたりしてびっくりです。「締めるとこ締めてあとはテキトー。ミルクティーヘアのスウィートガイ」ってのはいったい何だよと。でもまぁ無断で掲載されるなんてことは無いでしょうから、きっとライターさんからあがってきた原稿をチェックしたうえでOK出したんでしょうけどね。全く覚えてないです。
でもこうやって忘れていた過去を思い出してみて「ああ、自分は頑張っていたんだなぁ」と思えました。名刺入れなんかを見てみても、すんごくたくさんの方から頂いた名刺が満載で、しかも「わ、こんな凄い方と名刺交換してるのか…」なんてことに気づかされたり。そういうことも、経験を重ねてきた今になって、ようやく分かったんでしょうね。なんか、知らなかったけれど、きっと成長したんだなぁ…。
何年か先の未来になって、今現在のことを思い出した際にも同じことを思えるように、悔いの無い毎日を過ごさないとイカンぞと、心に誓ったのでした。
